Purchased pro license, but doesn’t reflect in the account

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your Rank Math PRO license not reflecting in your account.

    To resolve this, you will need to connect the email address associated with your PRO plan to your account. If the email you added to your PRO plan differs from the one on your FREE account, you must contact our support team to merge both accounts or change the email connected to your PRO plan.

    To do so, please navigate to the Rank Math Support Forum and open a ticket. In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue, and then provide more details in the Ticket Question section. In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email address(es) you want to connect to your PRO account.

    Once done, click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button. Our support team will locate your PRO account and change the email connected to it or merge it with your FREE account as requested.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Your account is already upgraded to the PRO version. You’ll also notice that the PRO badge is already showing on your account details.

    If you haven’t already, you can go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO/Business license:

    Please install the Rank Math PRO plugin files if you haven’t already from your registered account from here:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

    Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Hello. I followed your steps. Nothing has changed. The Keywords are still locked and Content AI credits are 0

    We have fixed your account. We can see that you have 5000 credits ready to be used.

    Assuming that the PRO version is already installed on your website, please reconnect the website with the correct account to fully utilize all the features.

    Please reconnect the website to your Rank Math account and then clear the Rank Math Transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Transients:
