Hit the save button without changing anything.
If that doesn’t work, please go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Authors and choose a custom title template that you are comfortable with.

I contacted you only after I turned off extensions and saw that these two extensions are conflicting. That means Bodypress in front of your extension.
