Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?
Meanwhile, we have tested a random product on your site using Google’s Rich Results test tool, and the product schema is already applied and validated.
Could you please share the affected URL/s so we can check as well?
