To include empty product categories in your sitemap, you can enable the “Include Empty Terms” setting in the product categories tab. However, we recommend caution when enabling this option, as it should only be done if you understand its implications.

Also, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > General and make sure the option “Images in Sitemaps” is enabled:
