    Je n’ai toujours pas accès à mon crédit ai content. ca fait deux semaines que je vous écris pour avoir de l’aide

    On m’ai conseillé de vous contacter par ce qu’il est probable qu’il y ait un problème de correspondance entre les adresses e-mail de mon compte Rank Math et de mon compte Content AI

    It seems like there might be a mismatch between the emails on your Rank Math and Content AI accounts. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Rank Math account and navigate to the Websites tab. Your Content AI credits should be displayed at the top of the screen.

    2. If your credits are visible, proceed with the below steps. However, if your credits are missing, please contact our support team to merge both accounts or transfer your credits to the email connected to your account. Please include the invoice you received from FastSpring.com in the Sensitive Data section so that our support team can help you resolve this at the earliest.

    3. If your credits are visible in your Rank Math account, return to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Help. Then, click Disconnect Account and Connect Now.

    After reconnecting your Rank Math account, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one.
