Problemas de compatibilidad con Cloudflare

    Cordial saludo, deseamos implementar RankMark en nuestra página web https://digitalmarket.com.co, pero desde hace 2 dias presentamos problemas PHP, borramos poco a poco cada plugin, y encontramos que el RankMark es quien presenta el problema.

    Luego procedimos a volver a instalar todo nuestro sitio web, pensando que el problema estaba en nuestra instalación, porque realmente deseamos trabajar con rankmark, pero encontramos que el conflicto es Rankmark con Cloudflare, buscamos en su base de conocimiento, y recreamos las reglas y las direcciones IP de ustedes en la lista blanca de Cloudflare, y aun asi presenta problemas de desconexión de nuestra página web.

    Inclusive al momento de quitar momentáneamente la protección en cloudflare, todo trabaja correctamente, como instalar plugins nuevos, importar y exportar nuestros productos y demás labores.

    Deseamos conocer adicionalmente que debemos de configurar para que no se presente este conflicto en nuestra página web.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Our dev team released a Beta version of the plugin that fixes the codes/errors appearing.

    Please try updating to the beta version of Rank Math by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates

    If you don’t see an update available, please go to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients. Then, clear your caches, server, and WordPress and check again.

    You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version (which will be released soon) and if the issue is gone.
