    Muy buenas tengo rank math en version gratuita y mi pagina esta conectada, he contratado un plan para content ai pero al intentar entrar dentro de content ai me dice este mensaje : Para acceder la característica Content AI, necesitas tener un plan de suscripción activo., como puedo solucionarlo,gracias

    I apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. To access Content AI 2.0, you need to upgrade to a Rank Math PRO plan or subscribe to a Content AI plan. It is not available in the free version. You can purchase a Content AI subscription from the following link: Content AI Subscription.

    Ya dispongo de mi plan de suscripcion con CONTENT AI pero no se actualiza en mi wordpress los creditos , y me dice el siguiente mensaje : Para acceder la característica Content AI, necesitas tener un plan de suscripción activo. pero ya dispongo de mi plan activo

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

    In this case, please update your Rank Math Plugin to the latest version (if not yet): https://rankmath.com/changelog/free

    Then, disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
