Problem with slug

The access is not working and we are getting a 404 page when trying to access the login page.

In any case, the situation you explained is caused by the fact that a page already exists with the same permalink so WordPress changes the permalink by default to include a number after it to prevent the same slug being applied to different pages.

That is not done by our plugin but rather by WordPress by default to prevent the issue mentioned above.

We are unable to replicate this issue on your site.

The URL doesn’t change when a page is updated.

Also when you change the permalink using the edit snippet feature in Rank Math, the old URL gets redirected automatically to the new URL by default.
