Problem with Google Search Console

    Rank Math free

    I am trying to move from Yoast to RankMath. I have installed and activated RankMath. I click on the wizard to set up RankMath. When I get to the Google Search Console I click get authorization code and copy and paste it into the field. I then click on Authorize. Nothing happens. What am I doing wrong please?

    This may suggest that the verification process was not successful for your domain. Please skip this step on the setup wizard and head over to this link after completing the setup to try the TXT record method https://support.google.com/a/answer/183895?hl=en

    To authorize Rank Math for your search console access, you can then navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Search console tab
