problem with breadcrumbs

    I am having problem with the breadcrumbs.

    The product category breadcrumbs are showing correctly. But the product pages are not showing the correct breadcrumbs with RANKMATH plugin ON ….. When I disable RANKMATH, the breadcrumbs start showing correctly.

    breadcrumbs on product page should be like this: home>category>subcategory>product ……. but it is showing like: home>product

    Kindly check and help resolving this issue.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the follow up.

    There appears to be some sort of conflict with theme code that is causing and we will need to investigate further.
    I have temporarily disabled the Rank Math breadcrumbs on inc/breadcumbs.php and I will be testing further from my local test site and then get back to you.

    Hello,

    For Breadcrumbs to show category, you need to first set it in Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Titles & Meta Settings >> Product >> Primary Taxonomy. I selected Product categories in the Primary Taxonomy option of Product and I also added the Rank Math breadcrumb code back in breadcrumbs.php which my colleague removed yesterday.

    And to show the parent category in Breadcrumbs I enabled Show Category option in Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Breadcrumbs.
