    although it says that I have Pro for I got an error message today when I tried to update it.

    The error said. An error occurred while updating Rank Math SEO PRO: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to this issue.

    First, disconnect your account by navigating to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account, as shown below.


    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again. To connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the account you confirmed before, and then click on OK, ACTIVATE NOW, as shown below.

    If you continue to get the same error, your web server may not have enough storage capacity for WordPress to be able to unzip and upload the file’s contents. Confirm this by attempting to upload other files to your website, such as an image, a video, or another plugin. If storage space is the problem, you should either delete some files from your web server (perhaps outdated database backups or unused themes) or contact your web host to request more storage space.

    Circling back to this issue.

    This error usually occurs due to one of the reasons mentioned below.

    1. There’s an issue with the zip file you’re uploading.

    2. You try to update the PRO version while connected to the free account on your website.

    3. WordPress doesn’t have enough memory on a webserver to unzip and upload the zip file contents.

    Thanks, I did this again, but PRO is not coming up….it says FREE when I connect. I’m really having issues getting all 5 of my websites connected to pro. See image

    I have sent this several times. I have been a pro user for several years. Can we get this resolved?

    This is the PayPal receipt. We are unable to find any information with the details mentioned in this receipt, including your email ID mentioned. You should have received another receipt or invoice from FastSpring.com.

    Please share that one as that contains an invoice that is searchable in our systems.

    1. Refund my money on my Rank Math Pro Subscription

    2. Elevate this issue to another person.

    I”m really done going back and forth here and can live without the Pro, however, I did buy a year’s subscription.
