Preview Snippet Editor not closing

Can you please reproduce the issue you experienced with our Snippet Editor and check if you are able to see some script error on the browser? To do so, please take a screenshot of your screen with your browser console open so we can see any console errors when you are on the affected page.

This should help us determine what’s causing the issue.

Also, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
