Post Titles Missing Focus Keywords error not going away

    I have reviewed the SEO Analysis that I run on my production site. This error shows up in my prod environment but in the same exact copy of my staging environment this error is not displayed for the same pages. I have reviewed the page titles and they should all include the focus words. I am not sure what I am missing here.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
