    Request your assistance in raising a ticket for obtaining a plugin version that is compatible with PHP 7.2.

    Recently our server’s PHP version to 7.2 for performance and security reasons. To ensure the seamless functioning of our website and to leverage the benefits of PHP 7.2, we kindly request your support in obtaining an updated version of the plugin that is compatible with this PHP version.

    Could you please create a ticket on my behalf and escalate it to the appropriate department for further assistance? It would be greatly appreciated if you could keep me informed about the progress of the ticket and provide an estimated timeline for when the updated plugin version will be available.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Unfortunately, the latest version of our plugin can only support PHP version 7.4 and above as we have indicated in our KB guide here: https://rankmath.com/kb/requirements/

    Please also note that WordPress is also not supporting PHP versions that are lower than 7.4 as mentioned here so we can’t change our plugin to support versions that are lower than 7.4 to avoid deprecation errors.

    If you wish to make use of our plugin for version 7.2, then you would need to revert back to our old plugin version which we highly do not recommend.
