1. Is that the H1? We only check for H2, H3, H4 for that test as the text says.
2. Certain text added by some page builders is not readable by Rank Math. This could be the reason behind #1 above as well.

Our content analysis API is not quite fully compatible with all page builders but we are currently working on a deeper integration and you can expect this is to be resolved in a future update.
About the second question, usually a not fully green tick means you are around 80%-90% of the perfect score.
Anyway, you shouldn’t be completely worry about these things since, of course, it would be perfect to have a perfect score, but also they are just guidelines so if you don’t need to match all of them.
