Plugin Error says I don’t have permission when trying to run setup wizard

    Hi!
    When trying to run the setup wizard, I get an error message saying, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”.

    I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same thing happens and I never get the option to actually log in to the plugin. could you help me please to fix this issue?

    We are currently investigating the cause of this problem. It only seems to affect a number of sites. Could you please launch the setup wizard from the installed plugins page and let me know if the problem is still experienced?

    Same problem here!
    I tried to uninstall and download it from the website, but nothing changed.

    Hi Dario!
    As Michael said, you can launch the setup wizard from the installed plugins page and normally you will not have issues, it’s worked for me.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please open a new ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I have been able to login but I could not reproduce the error on the dashboard. The issue could be stemming from the browser that you are currently using.
