    Hi, on one of my pages the editor page was not loading (white screen). I cleared my cache and cleared the site cashing. Reinstalled WordPress, checked for updates etc. Then, I deactivated RankMath since it was my most recent updated plugin, and that fixed the issue. It is only affecting one page, but I’m afraid it will start to affect he editing feature on other pages too. Can you please help fix this issue? Thanks,

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to this issue.

    Please check the PHP values of your site by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server. These values affect the performance of your site and they should be set at least to the following recommendations:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

    If any of these values are lower than the recommended ones, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase them for you.

    Also, ensure you are using at least WordPress version 6.0 and PHP version 8.0. You can check this guide on the minimum requirements to run Rank Math efficiently on your site: https://rankmath.com/kb/requirements/
