Plugin causing infinite loop on Woocommerce Category Pages

    Rank Math free

    Hi there,

Yesterday my WooCommerce store (www.platinumboots.com/store) began throwing up an Fatal error: saying the memory was exceeded.

I have tracked down the problem to the Rank Math Plugin (resolves when disabled).

I think I know what may have triggered it. I added a product description (long) in a the ‘Short product description field.

I have restored an older version if the site, but it didn’t help. The only resolution at the moment is to disable Rank Math entirely.

Maybe a know issue on your end with a quick solution?

    Thanks

    Hello,

We’re unable to replicate this issue using the latest version of Rank Math and WooCommerce.

Also, the error logs you shared seem to point out the Site Health function tab issue.

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
