Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?
Regarding your sitemap, it is currently getting a timeout error, as well as your other URLs. In this case, please check the PHP configuration of your site specifically Max input time & time limit with your web host.
