Please refund my starter content AI subscription

    I have the RankMath plug-in installed on wordpress for my site datngsitereviews.com but my starter content AI subscription is not showing despite the site being linked. This is too complex for me as it should automatically reflect so I can use my credits but I can’t. Please confirm refund.

    We have manually disconnected the website from our end. Now, please try to reconnect your website with your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and then click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.

    Let us know if this fixes the issue.

    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, both prior to activating and after activating there is no licence drop-down to enable me to select ‘pro’. The only option is to ‘upgrade’ to pro. Is there any other option otherwise I will need a refund please. The email connected with my website and also where the receipt and RankMath emails have been sent is n*********@a******

    You won’t see an option to select the PRO subscription because you only have a Content AI subscription but that can be used without the PRO plugin.

    You just need to head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Content AI and click the little circling arrow near the credit count to update it on the website connected to your account.

    Okay thanks the correct credit is now showing. I have one more question for you, please.

    Is it correct that Content AI isn’t applied to existing articles with suggestions? Presumably, I would need to copy and paste for this. Is that correct?

    By existing articles I mean posts that are already posted within WordPress. Rank Math gives suggestions for already posted articles to improve the SEO score so does it do the same with Content AI? Or do I have to copy the existing post and then paste it to get Content AI improvement suggestions? Thanks.

    You can use Content AI on existing posts. You just need to use the research tool to research the keyword, and it will show you the suggestions to improve the content: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-content-ai/#research-keywords
