  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues with permalinks after updating Rank Math Pro. To resolve the problem, you can follow these steps:

    1. Flush the Sitemap Cache: After adding the rewrite rules, navigate to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings and change the Links Per Sitemap. Then, click on Save Changes. After saving, go to Settings → Permalinks and hit the Save Changes button even if you didn’t make any changes on the page. This will flush the permalinks setting and fix the sitemap problem. You can find detailed instructions with screenshots here.

    2. Check for Nginx Server Issues: If you are using an Nginx server and facing sitemap issues, you might need to add rewrite rules manually. The necessary rewrite rules for Nginx servers are provided in the Rank Math documentation.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for reaching out, and we appreciate your patience while we work on resolving this matter for you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

Can you please share the email address that you used to purchase the plugin or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

Meanwhile, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, and hit the “Save Changes” button (without making any changes) to clear the permalink cache.

Once done, please clear your website cache and see if that works for you.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
