We are experiencing major performance problems on our server. According to Hostpress, the reason is an error in the RankMath SEO plugin.
‘The attributes “id” and “sku” are called incorrectly, and it is also pointed out that attributes should not be called directly. Please check for plugin conflicts.’Can you please check this?

Since this is a live site, please create a staging copy of your website and share the WordPress login/FTP of the staging site. If your host does not have a feature for creating a staging copy, you can use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/
In addition to the above, please share a screenshot of the error that is showing on your site, i.e. the one that is preventing your website from taking orders. You can share images with us by uploading them to an image hosting site like Imgur, and then sharing the generated URL with us here.

Since I deactivated RankMath, the site is running better again!And then something about security: you say that I should upload the passwords and logs to the sensitive data. This is absolutely secure!

The email you received has an auto-login link that logs you into your Rank Math account. Only you and our support team can see the sensitive data section, which is completely secure.
Please create a staging site and let us know so we can check this further. It will be helpful if you can share the exact steps that make your site slow or if the whole backend is slow when our plugin is enabled.
