    I have a card added to the account as a default payment method but when trying to purchase the Pro plan I’m still asked for card information.

    To resolve this issue, please ensure that your card supports international payments and subscription-based payments. Also, make sure that your card is not a prepaid card and that it is not being used through a VPN or proxy.

    If everything seems to be in order with your card, we recommend trying to add the payment method again by following the steps outlined in our guide on how to update or change the payment method: Update or Change Payment Method.

    If the issue persists, please contact your bank to understand why the payment is being blocked and request them to approve it from their end.

    The payment is not being blocked. There’s simply no way to choose the saved card to pay for a new subscription.

    Please note that the payment method saved in your account is only used for automatic renewal.

    For a new subscription, you can use the same payment information and email address so it will be applied to the same Rank Math account.
