    Hello!
    Why do I get a notification that you cannot process my payment every time I try to pay?

      Make sure your credit or debit card supports international payments in US dollars ($) and subscription-based payments.

    Well, the problem is not being solved and the problem is not on the part of my bank

    I tried to pay with different bank cards, my geolocation was correct, proxies and VPN were turned off, ad blockers weren’t even installed, what could be the problem? I even asked my friends to pay, and they encountered the same error

    Could you please confirm which country you are in when processing the payment?

    Also, please share the last 4 digits of your card along with the first and last name you used upon purchasing so we can check our system.

    We do not see any attempted transaction with those card details. It is possible that the payment is getting declined at the get-go. Can you please email s******@f************* (our payment processor) so they can give you a reason the payment is not going through?

    If you would like us to do that, please email us on s******@r*********** with 4 digits of your card number so we can check this further.
