    Hi, I Purchased the pro account, but my membership is still saying it’s the free version. Im a bit confused.

    Here is my Paypal receipt

    Payment type: Authorisation
    Authorisation expiry date: 29 October 2023

    It looks like you used a different email address when you bought the plugin. That’s why we can’t find your account in our system.

    To help you out, we need you to send us a copy of your receipt from FastSpring.com – not your PayPal receipt. You can search your inbox for an email from them – please forward that email to us so we can verify your purchase and update your account.

    Hi, thats why im confused becuase I thought I id use this email to pay with Paypal.

    Do you know which address it was with?

    As I cant find the receipt on this email

    We cannot find any payment with this email. We need your PayPal email, not your account email.

    Additionally, Payment type: Authorisation means that payment isn’t completed, and usually it won’t complete. The most common reason for this is mismatch between selected country upon purchase and the country of PayPal account.
