I tried searching for the purchase recipient but could not locate it. I assume that something has gone wrong on your end when I tried to install rankmath free version thinking that I would just login to my rankmath account but when I did something went wrong and the wrong persons email was associated with my account for some strange reason and rest me back to free status when I had paid>?
It seems that customer shares the same last name as me? Maybe this is what happened?

yeah apparently after some research it seems me and your other customer I am assuming.. share the same last name. Here is his facebook page. Ok so please just put my subscription back to paid so I can get back to my site. I can not seem to find my receipt. I am sorry but those were the last 4 digits of my CC that I gave you.
