    Hi I could swear to God that I purchased rankmath lifetime license already but it is not showing that I paid on the account. I think because something happened.. I am installing a new website and instead of going through my account first and downloading it I went through the wordpress plugin repo and downloaded the free version thinking that I would just enter my purchase code this way but I think something must have went wrong since I installed the free version first even though I have purchased.. Where should my receipt have come from? Can you check on this?

    ok I opened a new ticket as you told me to but I don’t understand why I need 2 tickets for this issue..
    nothing seems to be there for purchases maybe I am not finding it or something I don’t know. It should be there.

    I can’t find anything from fastspring.com and I always save all my emails so I am not sure.

    We searched for the name, but still does not show up. Also, we do not offer any lifetime deals on any plans we offer. We have never had any lifetime deals either.

    Can you please share the last 4 digits of your card along with the last name you used while trying to make the purchase.

    The Business subscription on that account is still valid until May 9th and it’s currently pending cancelation, meaning that when that date comes it will end.

    I have no idea who’s email that is because it is not my email address.

    Please remove that email address and only have d****************@g******** as my account with my credit card 3529. Please fix this As soon as possible because I need to use my software and setting up my website. This holding me back from doing my work unfortunately.

    looks like you have another customer maybe with the same last name as me? We may have gotten mixed up somehow though.. please let me know when this will be fully resolved. I need to get moving with my site as soon as possible.

    What is the date that appears in the card statement for the purchase of Rank Math? You should be able to look for the Rank Math purchase to share with us.

    We ask for that because we cannot find any other purchase beyond the one mentioned and that is from a completely different customer.
