Unfortunately, it is not possible to include the paginated pages in the sitemap nor it is necessary to do so.
The paginated pages are discovered by the next and prev tag that is automatically added by Rank Math to all the paginated pages, and as long as the first page is available in the sitemap, all the others will be discovered.
