  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Could you please share the affected URL so we can check as well?

Meanwhile, the sitewide fallback/Default Open Graph Image shows up only when:

    1. You have not uploaded any featured image to a post.
    2. You are not using even a single image inside the post.
    3. You have not used any image in the social tab.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello @Reinelle,

    Here’s a link of example: https://empregomais.com/distrito/porto/

I found out too that it shows the correct og:image when we’re logged in as admin.

    Regards

    Hello,

We inspected the og:image and noticed it was showing the default image as shown below:

However, since the og:image is shown correctly when you are logged in, this issue may be caused by the caching on your website.

Please clear the cache on your website and any server-level caching you may be using.

Please let us know how this goes.

We look forward to hearing from you

    Hello,

We don’t use cache plugin – we only use Redis and Cloudflare. We already purged the cache from Cloudflare, but seems the same.

    Thanks,
    Tiago

    Hello,

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

I solved the problem. It was a problem with varnish cache.

We are glad that you managed to resolve this issue.

Please feel free to reach out to us again in case you need any other assistance.

    We are here to help.

    Thank you.
