Hi I have added 3 links on the sensitive data section. These links looks okay when checking heymeta, rankmath snippets, and page source but when checking screaming frog and ahrefs tool bar it is different. Which tool should be the most accurate when checking if its all fixed?

Your page source code is the most accurate. The other tools you mentioned are merely crawlers, which could be inaccurate sometimes. If your page source is showing correctly, then you shouldn’t worry.
