The issue appears to be a PHP Fatal error caused by the class WPSEO_Meta not being found.
Based on the provided debug log, the issue seems related to the Oxygen Builder plugin, and Rank Math is not the culprit.
There could be a conflict with another plugin, notably the Yoast SEO plugin, which includes the WPSEO_Meta class.
Ensure that the Yoast SEO plugin is deactivated while Rank Math is active.
We shouldn’t have 2 plugins to perform the same task as it can hurt your website more than it does any good.

I did use to use yoast but I deleted it before using rank math. Could it still cause issues even though it has been deleted?

Deactivating or deleting a plugin on your site does not remove all the data from your database.
However, you can follow the steps in this link to clean your database if you have already completed the migration:

Regarding the issue, we recommend waiting for the Oxygen team’s response to this as it is referencing their files in the error log.
