    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you’re using Rank Math PRO but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Also, you are using outdated versions of the Rank Math plugins on your site. Here’s our changelog you can check:

    My friend/business partner bought the PRO version online, but i cannot reach him because he is at vacation.

    Please could you help me out why the products XML sitemap is not working well?

    Hello,

    We can see you have the multisite setup and you’ve installed the Rank Math plugins on your network. Please note that the correct way to use our plugins on a multisite setup is to install them on the network but only activate them on specific subsites.

    In this case, please deactivate the free and the PRO version of the Rank Math plugin on the network and activate them on your subsite.

    Once done, please try to update the Rank Math plugins to the latest version and see if that helps to resolve the issue: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    If the issue still persists, you can try to follow the steps below to clear your sitemap cache:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    3. If the above steps don’t seem to work, kindly apply the following filter to your site.

    add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
