Ordered AI Credits, but not seeing “0” credit on website

    I placed an order for AI credits about 10 minutes or so ago, but i’m not seeing the balance on the website.

    Look like my pro account is where I meant to order but I placed the order on this account.

    Can this be transferred to my pro account registered with email address n*****@i*********

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for getting in touch.

    As requested, we have transferred your purchased AI credits to this account other email account.

    Now, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct AI credit count.
