    Hey, My order was placed on the wrong email and I want login details on this email “d************@g********”, the order was placed on the wrong email “d***************@g********”

    We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing. To resolve this issue, you will need to contact our support team to merge both accounts or change the email connected to your PRO account. Please navigate to the Rank Math Support Forum to open a ticket.

    In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue and provide more details in the Ticket Question section. In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email addresses you want to connect to your PRO account. If you’re merging your FREE and PRO accounts, you need to select one of the emails as your preferred email address.

    Once done, click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button. Our support team will locate your PRO account and change the email connected to it or merge it with your FREE account as per your request.

    We have merged your accounts as requested.

    Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

    Please go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:

    Steps to be followed:
    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account

    paid account rank math

    2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
    disconnect and reconnect Rank Math
    WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.
