I have checked your */kontakt URL and it leads to a 404 page, it is recommended to redirect your old links to avoid 404 on your site. You can use Rank math 404 monitor to monitor and redirect 404 URLs on your site.
To check if your page/post meta is updated, you can always check your page source or check your URL on https://www.heymeta.com. If it appears correctly there, then you just have to give it sometime for google to crawl and your updated meta.

The start page works at the beginning. The first menu page too. But the rest of the menu pages don’t work. And finally I entered the start page again and it didn’t work anymore.

http://www.heymeta.com sometimes requires a page refresh when testing links one after the other. Another test tool is metatags.io which I have used to test your pages and they appear fine as you can see in the screencast attached in the sensitive section.
As for the Ranking 404 links, I have checked on google with site:https://yourURLhere and they seem to have been cached on google as of 16 Jun 2020 22:40:00 GMT. You will need to redirect these URLs on your site as they no longer seem to be available anymore. You can wait for google to crawl your site to update this automatically or you can request URL removal
