Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues with your Open Graph/Social Preview Image after migrating your domain and hosting to a new server. This issue could be related to various factors, including the migration process itself.
Since you have already followed the instructions on setting up the Open Graph Image with Rank Math, and the issue persists, there might be a need to check additional settings or configurations post-migration.
To address this issue, I recommend checking the following:
-
Image Dimensions & Format: Ensure that the image dimensions and format meet the requirements specified by Facebook and Rank Math. The recommended image size is 1200px X 630px, and supported formats are jpeg, png, gif, and WebP for Facebook Open Graph.
-
URL Accessibility: Verify if the page URL and Open Graph image are accessible. Use a URL checker tool like httpstatus.io to confirm that your URLs are returning a status code HTTP 200.
-
Check Page Source: Inspect the page source of your URL to see if the og:image tag is present. If it’s missing, it could indicate that Rank Math is disabled or not printing social tags correctly.
-
Plugin or Theme Conflict: There might be conflicts with other plugins or your theme causing duplication of the og:image tag. Follow the troubleshooting guide provided by Rank Math to identify and resolve any conflicts.
If after checking these points the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further in resolving the problem.
Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter. If you need any further assistance, feel free to let us know.
Best regards.

Hi, unfortunately the error persists. Here are some links:
Hello,
We checked your pages and we noticed sometimes the Twitter bot is getting redirected to your homepage:
We can see your website logo is set as the Twitter image of your homepage and it could be the reason why you’re seeing your website logo instead of the Twitter image set on your page.
We suggest you get in touch with your hosting provider and make sure there is no redirection set on the server level for the Twitter bot.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi, thanks for the answer, I contacted my hosting and they informed me that there is no redirection on the server, I don’t know what could be happening. They responded to me: From here on my side, the Twitter bot is working perfectly.
Although the image of the tweet is the one you showed, when the tweet is posted, if you click on the link, it will direct you to the news normally.
Hello,
I can check that the card preview is showing the correct image now on Twitter:
Please clear the cache of your site & browser and check again.
Let us know how that goes.
Some images appear on the card, but the vast majority follow the logo and name of the site.
I changed the Twitter card type to Summary and now the image and title appear on some posts, but on the summary card with a large image the logo continues to appear.
I also noticed that even deleting the default Open Graph thumbnail, which is the logo, and clearing the cache, the posts continue to pull this image.
Well, I believe I’ve managed to solve it, at least the cards appear again as before, I’ll continue monitoring to see if the problem returns in the publications throughout the day.
Hello,
We checked this page and can see that the image is not the recommended size.
Please use the recommended image size which is 1200px X 630px
on this page and other pages where the image does not appear.
We hope this helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
