    Hello,

I apologize for the issue you’re facing with the Open Graph image not showing even though it has been set. I understand how important it is for your website.

There could be a few reasons why the Open Graph image is not appearing. Let’s go through some troubleshooting steps to resolve this:

    1. Check if you’ve added Facebook/Twitter sharing images: Make sure you have added the appropriate sharing images through the Rank Math Meta Box. You can refer to this guide for assistance.

    2. Verify the image dimensions and format: Double-check the dimensions and format of the uploaded image. Facebook supports only JPEG, PNG, and GIF formats. If you’re using any other format, it may not be displayed while sharing on social media. Also, ensure that the image size is recommended at 1200px X 630px.

    3. Check if the og:image tag is present: Right-click on your page and select “View Page Source” to check if the og:image tag is present in the page source. It should be within the first 50KBs of the page source. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance.

    4. Verify if Open Graph tags are pushed towards the end of the source code: If you’re using minification and your cache plugin adds excessive inline CSS to your page source, it may push the Open Graph tags towards the end of the source code. This can cause social networks to miss them. Consider moving your inline CSS to a file to ensure the tags are detected within the first 60KB of your page’s source code. You can refer to this screenshot for reference.

    5. Disable Gzip compression: If you have Gzip compression enabled in your cache plugin (e.g., W3 Total Cache), it may interfere with Facebook’s Open Graph detection. Disable the Gzip compression option in your cache plugin settings. You can refer to this screenshot for assistance.

After following these steps, please clear your website and server cache, including Cloudflare if enabled. Then, you can use the Facebook sharing debugger to test again by clicking the “Scrape Again” button. This should update the Open Graph tags, including the image.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly from here. They will be more than happy to assist you further.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Best regards,
    RankBot Support
