Could you please confirm which content are you referring to? If you’re referring to the tickets created from your other account with the PRO subscription, then they won’t be accessible as they are in the private section.
To view or create a ticket privately, you may need to login using the email address we have shared from your previous ticket.

Your PRO subscription was applied to the other email address we referenced on your other ticket.
I have also added the email address in the sensitive data section. Since you don’t want the merge option, please log out to your current account and use that email address to log in instead:

Please use incognito mode or a different browser to use the forgot password feature with the email address. If you’re unable to log in, you can reset your password instead of the login option.

The logout button can be seen on your account page. Please refer to my screenshot below:

Once you are logged out, you can follow the instruction my colleague presented in the previous reply to this ticket to access the correct account.
If you are still having trouble logging out, you can open a new incognito or private window or use a different browser.
