Not transferring Keywords, links, snipits or anything from Yoast

    Hey there,

    I’m excited to use Rank Math and should be a great plug-in once I figure out all the quirks. One of them being I ran the wizard that was supposed to transfer everything over from yoast. It deactivated and did its job. But then going back into the pages and posts I see that nothing in fact transferred. No keywords, links, snippets,, nothing. So then I reactivated yoast, and tried that import setting. Still nothing.

    Any help or solutions?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    There is an error on the latest version of Rank Math that is coming in the way of the import. Please rollback to version 1.0.38 to restore this functionality.

    You can do this by heading over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Version Control.

    WAIT… some stuff transferred but not all. the links were not trasferred over. I am using Elementor, and it appears that I had to go into elementor. make a small change and update the post. Then the links showed up. Wierd.

    Anyways.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Some JavaScript need to run on the page so that the links and SEO score can update on your pages. Unfortunately the only way to force this update is to resave the post/page.

    Sorry for the late reply guys.

    Yes when I “update” each post/page then it works. It’s just a bit of a pain having to go through each page/post, and “update it” but its working.
