To update your Rank Math PRO plugin, you may need to purchase again the subscription on our page here:
https://rankmath.com/pricing/
Please note that all of the data you have already configured in Rank Math PRO are saved in your database so there shouldn’t be any data loss upon repurchasing the subscription.
