3. Regarding connecting two websites on the same Rank Math account (free plan), it is not possible to manage multiple websites under a single Rank Math account. Each website will need its own Rank Math account for individual management.

Hello,

To set the categories and subcategories to noindex, please head to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Titles & Meta > Categories, from here enable the Category Archives Robots Meta by clicking on the toggle button.

When you enable this option, another set of options will appear below it, which will allow you to pick specific Robots Meta tags. This is where you can set the category to noindex.
