I checked and saw that all the taxonomies on the site are set one by one to “not indexed” within the meta rank definitions (I fixed that specific page in the meantime).
It’s terrible and terrible. And where does this bug come from?
And how can I now fix it all together?

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
This isn’t a bug, our plugin sets your tags as noindex by default.
This is because tag pages contain thin content and possible cause of duplicate content hence, we set that as noindex by default which ofcourse you can set to index by choice if you believe your tag pages have SEO benefits for your whole website.
With that said, the only way to resolve this is to set it to index in the global settings which should only be one time.
