Thank you for contacting Rank Math support. We’re sorry that you’re facing some issues with the setup wizard.
Sometimes, the setup wizard may not launch automatically when you activate Rank Math. But don’t worry, you can still access it manually from two different places on your WordPress dashboard.
One way is to go to Rank Math > Dashboard and click on the Setup Wizard button. You can see what it looks like in this screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/i/wzLGQt.
Another way is to go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and find Rank Math in the list. Then, click on the Setup Wizard link under the plugin name. Here’s a screenshot of that: https://i.rankmath.com/i/Cfi1Wp.
Please try these methods and see if you can run the setup wizard without any problems. If you still have trouble, please share your website URL and WordPress login details in the sensitive data section of your ticket. This will help us to check your site and find out what’s causing the issue.
