Once you have updated the plugin, please follow these steps to reconnect Rank Math with your Google account and grant all the necessary permissions:
- Go to your Google account settings and click on Security.
- Scroll down to the section called Third-party apps with account access and click on Manage third-party access.
- Find Rank Math in the list of apps and click on it.
- Click on Remove access and confirm your action.
- Go back to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
- Click on Deauthorize Account and then click on Authorize again.
- Follow the instructions to sign in with your Google account and allow Rank Math to access your data.

Thank you for getting in touch and I am extremely sorry about the trouble this might have caused.
There are a few things you must check for in order to see why the posts aren’t getting indexed.
1. Make sure the post is not selected as ‘noindex’ in WP > Posts > Your Post > Advanced Tab in Rank Math.

2. Ensure that the noindex is not selected for Global or Posts meta:
3. Check the sitemap settings and check if the posts are setup to be included in the sitemaps:
Please note that it is completely upto Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.

Can you please confirm if you have verified Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties? It looks like the site list is not blank, but actually empty.
Please double-check that the Google account you connected has a functional Google Search Console and Google Analytics property. If you do not have a Google Search Console property, you can create one by following this guide.

I connected the site now to google (first as a domain – found out it wont work with rankmath and switched to URL prefix).
When using the wizard to connect services the site is now in the dropdown (red dot), no result for analytics. when checking wordpress rankmath plugin after some time the search console has turned green, but still no results for google analytics.

Please reconnect your website and ensure that you have accepted the necessary permissions with Analytics.
Let’s try reconnecting the Google service again in the plugin for troubleshooting. This time, please remove the current permissions first here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Then, reconnect the account inside Rank Math by clicking here and ensure that you approve all the permission notices that show up:
WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the Reconnect link
Allow all the permissions on the next screen

Thanks for your reply. We checked your Rank Math analytics settings and noticed that the analytics dropdown is not blank, but empty. This usually means that you don’t have a Google Analytics account yet. If you want to use Google Analytics with Rank Math, you need to create an account first. Here’s how you can do that:
- Go to https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/ and sign in with your Google account.
- Click on Start measuring and follow the steps to create a new account and property for your website.
Go back to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and click on the Reconnect button to reconnect your Google account.
You should now see your Google Analytics account in the Account dropdown. Select the account and property you just created.
- Make sure to check the Install analytics code checkbox so that Rank Math can automatically add the Google Analytics tag to your site.

I ran into a new issue, analytics is now added, but no Google tag has been added, I checked your website below.

Do I need to add the code manually even though I selected the option “install analytics code”? I’ve read it’s not recommended to use an external plugin like monsterinsights plugin which is suggested in google analaytics.

The issue is due to a caching problem where your website is currently generating an old version where the tag is not present. I tried loading the non-cache version of your website and you should see the tag is already added. Please refer to my screenshot in the sensitive data section.
To fix this issue, you would need to clear your website cache including any server-level caching services.
