No permission to view my previous refund ticket

    Hello,

    We have received a reply via email with a link to our previous refund request ticket.
    When we click on the link provided the website says that we have no permission to view the ticket.

    Can you help us with that?
    It is not clear at this stage if the refund was made.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and we apologize for the inconvenience.

    Your payment has been refunded. You were not able to view the ticket because you’re no longer a Rank Math PRO user and the ticket was in the Rank Math PRO forum.

    I have just moved the previous ticket to the Rank Math FREE forum, so now you should be able to access it without issues.
