The rest of the images on the other sitemaps have been indexed so this should not cause any worry. It will take a bit of time for Google to crawl all the content on all sitemaps and all you can do is wait.You just have to make sure to keep the setting to include images in sitemaps on as shown here: https://i.rankmath.com/5tfkuF

Adding images as backgrounds can also interfere with how they are indexed and if they appear on sitemaps. You can change this and check if the issue still persists.
