    I have installed rank math free on my wordpress blog

    When I submit my sitemap to Google inspection..live test, I get rejected with the info:–
    No: ‘noindex’ detected in ‘X-Robots-Tag’ http header site map

    I have all my rank math setup done correctly, also have unchecked “discourage search engines from indexing”
    I have cleared my website cache as well as hostinger cache, and then updated rank math to latest version.
    Deleted the site map and updated again. Still the issue persists.

    At last I deactivated rank math then the live test was Successful and my URL got added to priority crawl queue. Is there a way to keep rank math activated as well as my website indexed on Google?

    If you’re submitting a sitemap URL in URL Inspection Tool, then you shouldn’t be worried about that, as it’s completely fine and absolutely normal to have noindex tag on your sitemap URLs. Because, by default, sitemap URLs are set to noindex as it is not meant to be indexed and appear in the search results.

    The sitemap should only be submitted in the sitemaps sections in the Search Console.
