It is a pretty common mistake to open the page source and search for a noindex tag to see if the page is marked as noindex or not. The noindex tag should look like this:
You can confirm the presence (or absence) of the actual robots noindex tag on this 3rd party website:

So, nothing to worry about if the above website says it is index. Your page is definitely not set to “noindex”
But if it does indeed say “noindex”, please share your URL here with us so we can check it out as well.

Can you please confirm if you’re inspecting your sitemap URL in your Google Search Console and getting this error? If so, then it is normal and you don’t have to worry. You’ll get the error if you inspect your sitemaps because, by default, sitemaps are set to noindex
as they are meant to be crawled and not to be displayed on search results pages.
You should only submit your sitemap to the sitemap section of your GSC account and shouldn’t use the URL inspection tool for the sitemap URLs.

I’m afraid that we don’t offer support through phone. We do apologize.
As for the issue at hand, as my colleague has stated, Sitemaps do not need to be indexed since they will work nevertheless.
This prevents the XML sitemap itself from appearing in search results, it doesn’t prevent the URLs listed in it from getting indexed.
All in all, you’re good to go and you don’t need to do anything.
