I did the troubleshooting and the problematic plugin is OneSignal Push Notifications.
What should we do next?

You can contact that plugin’s author and seek assistance from them.
In the meantime, you can keep it disable while it is not in use. Due to the nature of that plugin, you don’t need it often and can enable it when you wish to send a push notification and disable it after you are done.
