Once you are logged in to the correct account, please go to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: Rank Math Account

Check if you can see the correct remaining credits. If the credit count is correct but not showing on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by going to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are some screenshots for reference:

After doing so, please refresh the credits count in your Content AI settings so the plugin can request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.
